We have relationships with many rental car companies and can certainly assist you with obtaining a vehicle while your primary vehicle is being serviced by our shop. We also have a courtesy shuttle and can arrange for your pick up and drop off to and from the rental car facility upon request.  

We offer a 2 year warranty on all body work, and a lifetime warranty on all paint.  Ask your service advisor for more information! 

We accept payments from insurance companies, individuals and companies. Payments can be made using cash, check, credit card, money order or by bank wire transfer. However, payment in full is required when the vehicle is picked up.

Although it is not necessary to make an appointment, it will allow us to better serve you if you do. Appointments may be made online, or by calling us at (701) 663 1955.

We will be happy to provide an estimate to repair any other damage. Please let us know about any unrelated damage when you are dropping your vehicle off. Often times it is the least expensive time to complete additional repairs, as the insurance repair may overlap into what you need to have done. We can also offer full service mechanical repairs while your vehicle is here.

This is, of course, dependent on the complexity of the repairs, the situation, the availability of parts and materials, and much more. It truly varies from one situation to the next. We will provide an estimated time of completion at the same time we provide the cost estimate, although this does not include the time it may take for any additional damage repairs found in teardown. In the end, we would rather make sure that the job is done right, than done fast.
